What People are Saying

Chloe has done great work for all 3 of our consumer facing brands since 2018 - serving as an extension of our internal team. She has provided a wide variety of design and graphics work for us across a variety of media channels - from digital assets like web design, email newsletters fully integrated through MailChimp to physical assets like packaging and sales sheets. Chloe is extremely responsive, flexible, creative and easy to work with. She gets what I'm looking for, is responsive to feedback and consistently makes my life easier!

We have been working with Chloe on refreshing the look of our logo, but most importantly, redesigning the labeling of our coffee to speak by itself. Our experience working with Chloe has not only been amazing, but super friendly and personable. Being able to talk with no hesitation about ideas or changes has made the entire journey delightful.

I’ve been working with Chloe exclusively since the beginning of 2014 and she has delivered nothing but exceptional work. She balances all of my company's artistic deadlines and multiple project asks with ease; consistently delivering high-quality design. Chloe is wonderful at intuitively taking simple direction and shepherding the idea or concept into a reality that aligns with both our brand aesthetic and functional needs. I’ve really appreciated working with her and would recommend her to anyone in need of a top-tier designer!

[Chloe] came to the table with an incredible concept that leveraged her illustration skillset and energized the Tiny brand. Chloe is passionate and talented but incredibly approachable. She is a team player and can find goodness and humor in challenging situations. She is an incredible creative partner, and I hope to have the honor of working with her again. — Alex Sperrazza, [Former] Director of Product Development, tiny Organics

Process
Discovery
The first step is to gain a thorough understanding of the client, who they are and what they represent, who their customers are, and their unique value.
Strategy
The next step is to process all of the information we gained in the Discovery phase to develop a roadmap for the conceptual and aesthetic elements of the finished product.
Exploration
This is where we start putting the strategy into action, making sure we’re making the best design choices to successfully represent the brand and follow the roadmap we created during the strategy phase.
Implementation
After finalizing the design, it’s time to create the toolkit for successfully releasing it into the wild, providing direction for addressing any unforeseen issues, and making sure everything is going according to plan.
Maintenance & Growth
Once it’s all out there, we make sure that everything is consistent, any ongoing design needs are being addressed, and we’re updating regularly to keep things current, exciting, and up to ever-evolving standards and best practices.
